Hi! Welcome to this solo lesson!
This is a collaboration I did for a Black metal band called Freezing Darkness, They asked me to create a solo over the backing you hear on the lesson.
As you can tell, it’s not an easy backing track to solo to, it has different time signatures throughout both odd and even,
Harmonically it’s not too complex, we’re going to be in Dm, and we’re going to play over the I chord and then the VI - VII major ones, and then IV minor.
Basically I just thought of moving around Dm, using different arpeggios from this scale.
