Hi,
This lesson starts off as a fairly standard blues rock but piles on the key changes and there are some tempo changes as well. This lesson will help to show how to play (and write) music that is a bit more adventurous than sticking to the standard blues/rock palette.
I have hybrid picked a few of the licks but they can easily be played with alternate/economy picking
This lesson also features an EXTREMELY in depth discussion of the theory behind the composition. How to pick out higher chord extensions over the chords, and which scales to use to bring out different colours.
The playing is intermediate but the theory here is advanced and plenty to get your teeth into!
