A study of typical blues licks in various positions on the guitar. Designed to improve the ability to cover the changes using basic but important notes.
The aim of this little "étude", exercise, study or whatever you want to call it is to help get to grips with some typical moves over a dominant type chord, in a couple of different positions on the guitar.
I've kept the licks quite simple because the point isn't to play flash, just to memorise the location of certain important intervals, namely the major third, the flat seventh and the major sixth over the I chord.
Two backing tracks are included with proper recorded bass and guitar, no MIDI here! One is at full speed and the other a little slower. All the licks are shown at half speed... tab is also included and there's a document detailing a few extra tips.
